Immerse yourself in "Zadkine Art Deco," an exhibition celebrating the centenary of Art Deco by revealing Ossip Zadkine's deep connections with the decorative arts in the 1920s–1930s: over 90 works—sculptures, objects, and furniture—trace his "decorative turn," his collaborations, and his exploration of materials, colors, gilding, and lacquer finishes.

Dialogues and Masterpieces

Studio Encounters: Zadkine alongside pioneering designers Eileen Gray, Marc du Plantier, and André Groult, where furniture and objects engage in conversation with his sculptures, just as they did in Art Deco interiors.

Commissions and Architecture: models, sketches, and decorative schemes for Paris and Brussels; special focus on the Pergola de la Douce France (1925 International Exposition), a rare surviving monument relocated to Étampes in 1935.
