Brasserie Caulier is launching an immersive pop-up space in the heart of Le Marais to celebrate its iconic beer, Paix Dieu. Featuring a design inspired by its monastic and lunar roots (starry vault, stained glass, speakeasy vibe), the venue offers a bar, shop, and daily workshops (tastings, serving) led by a beer expert. This is a unique chance to discover the full range: Paix Dieu Triple, Nova, Céleste (barrel-aged), and the Distilled eau-de-vie.
